My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean but the shower was questionable, and they were a bit far from the lobby area. Unfortunately, the rooms were small and not very attractive, with an old-fashioned hot tub that barely worked. They were extremely dirty, with visible damage and poor maintenance, including large holes in the walls and a piece of ceiling falling into the air conditioning unit. Despite raising my concerns to the manager, he didn't seem to care and only offered 3 nights free with my next booking, which he never followed up on. During check-out, he conveniently made himself unavailable.

Despite the hotel's convenient location surrounded by shops, restaurants, and entertainment facilities, my stay had mixed experiences. The rooms, though of a standard quality for a 3-star hotel, had a strong cigarette smoke odor when the air conditioner was on, making it uncomfortable. On the bright side, the staff was always ready to assist, except for a rude encounter during checkout. The location's proximity to various amenities was advantageous, but navigating without a car was challenging. The dining experience was basic and satisfactory, providing value for money in a limited manner. Unfortunately, the promise of amends for inconveniences was not fulfilled.
